Our Kia Carens is over a year now (a year and 19 days old to be exact) and has run more than 15,000 kilometers already.
This morning, I brought it to Kia Service Center for the required periodic maintenance service (PMS). And, I spent the total of P3,553.76, broken down:
| 6 li. Engine Oil | P1,176.00 |
| Oil Filter | 525.00 |
| Cotton Rags | 12.00 |
| Labor | 1,460.00 |
| VAT | 380.76 |
| TOTAL | P 3,553.76 |
I noticed, however, that the prices of the following have increased from my last PMS about 4 months ago:
The total increase is P488 or 16%. That’s about the cost of a case of beer.
