Our Kia Carens is still young at a year and two months old; but, I’d been hearing annoying noises (kalampag) underneath on rough roads. They became untolerable; so, I brought it to Kia Pasig this morning for check-up and necessary repairs. I also complained that the alarm sound is no longer working. I was informed, however, that the repairer of the alarm from its dealer, Winterpine, would be arriving in the afternoon.
Our car was road tested and the repairs of the kalampag were completed by about 11:30 AM. The kalampag repairs are still within the warranty; so, I didn’t shell out a single cent. I couldn’t wait for the Winterpine people; and I drove away. I’d just have the alarm repaired when I return for my 20,000 PMS.
How’s the car? The annoying noises are gone. I was told that the bushings are worn already and have been replaced. Nice job, so far.
